Apache mod_substitute basics - replace text in responce bodies

Example:

<Location "/">
    AddOutputFilterByType SUBSTITUTE text/html
    Substitute "s/foo/bar/ni"
</Location>

You must ensure the response is not gzipped - because sometimes substitute does not work.

To fix this, add the option:

AddOutputFilterByType INFLATE;SUBSTITUTE;DEFLATE text/html

to uncompress, substitute and compress again the body
